Wireless LAN access points throughout the hotel
Wi-Fi Service
Wireless LAN access points are installed throughout the hotel, providing an environment where you can enjoy internet access via Wi-Fi. This means you can enjoy comfortable internet connectivity in the guest room floors and throughout the hotel (with some exceptions).
How to Use the Wi-Fi Service
- Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) is available free of charge.
- Compliant with IEEE 802.11n/g/b standards; simultaneous use is supported.
- To connect, you will need the designated SSID (access code).
- SSID and other connection details are provided at the Front Desk and in the in-room notice.
How to Use the Wired LAN Service
- Wired LAN connections are not available in guest rooms.
Supported Devices
- PCs with a built-in LAN or wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) adapter
- PCs running Windows, Mac OS, or similar operating systems
- Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) compatible iOS devices (iPhone, iPad, etc.)
- Wireless LAN (Wi-Fi) compatible Android devices (smartphones, tablets, etc.)
Important Notes
- Wireless internet access via Wi-Fi is available free of charge.
- This service is provided exclusively to overnight guests and banquet hall users.
- The service is available in areas where the hotel's SSID is broadcast.
- Depending on your device and location, some areas may have weak or no signal.
- You are responsible for the security settings on your own device.
- The hotel cannot be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from use of this service or from unexpected service failures or interruptions.
- Please refrain from sending or receiving large volumes of email, illegal activity via file-sharing software, online multiplayer gaming, or downloading/uploading large files.
- If activity that may cause communication problems or disturb other guests is detected, we may restrict or suspend service.
- Please note that the wireless LAN service will be interrupted daily between 04:00 and 04:30 for system maintenance to ensure communication quality.
- In addition to the scheduled maintenance above, Wi-Fi service may also be interrupted without notice for emergency system maintenance.
- For security reasons, our Wi-Fi has the STA separator enabled.
As a result, a PC connected to our Wi-Fi cannot access files on another PC connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

For guests who don't have a PC, or who would rather not lug a heavy laptop along on a business trip or vacation, we've launched a PC rental service to meet your needs.
Anti-virus software and history-clearing software come pre-installed, so you can use them with peace of mind.
