A roughly 2 km outer-loop course winding through the forest

A roughly 2 km outer-loop course that winds through the forest.

Cruise gently along the mid-slope tree-lined path or pondside, or take on the demanding climbs and descents.

However you choose to ride, the course welcomes everyone from beginners to experienced riders.

The MTB course is free to use, but please be sure to sign in at the Hotel Sekia Front Desk before you ride.
Please also check back at the Front Desk when you finish.

  • Hours 10:00–17:00 (course exit)
    *Last entry is 1 hour before closing.
  • Fee Free of charge as standard (group bookings and events by separate arrangement)
  • Registration Each rider must fill in their name, address, and other required details on the "Rules and Etiquette for Enjoying the MTB Course" form (required).
    Please notify us when you start and when you finish.

Rules and Etiquette for Enjoying the MTB Course

  • Pedestrians have priority
    Keep a safe distance from pedestrians, slow down, and give them a friendly call-out.
  • Yield to the rider ahead
    Don't tailgate the rider in front, ease off your speed, and when passing, give a call-out so slower riders stay safe.
  • No riding off the course!
    Please stay within the designated riding area.
  • Wear a helmet
    All MTBs in use must be safely maintained bikes.
  • Closed during heavy rain or thunder
    Stop riding immediately and seek shelter in bad weather.
  • Stay on your line
    No riding against traffic. Watch for oncoming riders at the start point only!
    Stay on the course and don't block other riders.
  • No littering
    Please take energy snacks, drink bottles, and all other trash home with you.
  • No smoking, no open flames
    Smoking is permitted only in designated areas, as a wildfire precaution. (There are no smoking areas on the course.)
    *Smoking areas: in front of the Event Hall and beside the hotel entrance.
  • Do not modify the course or terrain
    Do not build jumps, banks, or similar features. Avoid leaving wheel-lock skid marks or drift trails.
  • No riding under the influence of alcohol. Please refrain from riding if you are unwell.
  • Report any course issues to the Front Desk staff
    If you spot a fallen rider, an injured person, a fallen tree, a broken arrow sign, or any other issue, please notify our staff.

*All injuries, accidents, negligence, losses, theft, and other incidents that occur on the premises are the sole responsibility of the rider. Hotel Sekia accepts no liability for any of the above matters or any other issues.
