Important Information

• For your safety, please follow the instructions of the pool lifeguards.
• Please refrain from entering if you have a fever, cough, fatigue, or other symptoms of poor health.
• Entry is not permitted for those who are intoxicated, or who have high blood pressure or heart conditions.
• Please maintain distance from others at the pool and poolside.
• Parasols, tents, table sets, and other large ground coverings are not permitted.
• Smoking is prohibited at the poolside and in the pool. Please use the designated smoking area.
• Guests with tattoos are not permitted to use the facility.
• If entering with a stroller or wheelchair, please notify a staff member.
• Young children must wear swim diapers under their swimsuits.
• Pets are not permitted in the pool area.
• Glass swim goggles and snorkels are prohibited.
• Oar-type boats and floats are prohibited.
• Flotation devices over 190 cm are prohibited (rings, boats, bodyboards, fins, etc.).
• Glass bottles are not permitted. Please take all general trash with you.
• Elementary school children may not enter without an accompanying adult.
  Preschool-age children and younger must be accompanied by a parent or guardian (accompanying adults also require an admission ticket).
• The poolside surface can become very hot. Please wear beach sandals (sandals with soft soles, etc.) when entering the area. The surface also becomes slippery when wet, so please do not run. (Shoes are not permitted.)

• Outside the poolside area, please wear beach sandals or other appropriate footwear.
• Please be sure to do warm-up exercises before entering the pool.
• To prevent heatstroke and waterborne illnesses, please shower before entering the pool and when leaving. Be sure to rinse your eyes when you exit as well.
• Dangerous behavior such as diving is prohibited.
• Please bring a towel when entering the pool, and dry yourself before returning into the hotel.
• Please do not enter the bathing facilities in swimwear. (Please remove your swimsuit before bathing.)
• Staff may give instructions for safety reasons or urgent operations. Thank you for your understanding.
• Operations may be suspended or temporarily halted due to severe weather (including lightning).
